Posting for a friend -
A money order was sent about 4 or 5 months ago and cashed by Infratek .
About a month ago my bud was told by Infratek that paper work for orders was lost and Infratek has not responded since.
Anyone else having problems ?
Anyone know whats going on ?
I need some Infratek parts and dont want to send any moolah for a 5 month wait.
Something may be amiss as I have always had excellent past results dealing with Infratek.

Their phone # is on their website on the bottom.

At this point, you need to call. You've waited way long enough. Time to be strong and demand either your cash or product within the next 72 business hours. If you can't get a hold of him, email him what's going to have to happen next. You have consumer rights too. I am presuming he's a gun owner and most of us will do our part to avoid any kind of interaction with the law on any level.

Hopefully this won't happen, but you have to protect your wallet too.

He's around. I had the same thing happened, and my stuff showed up around 5-6 months later (ordered in early '09, got it last week). I phoned a couple times but got no response.

Are they dead? damn maybe they should be :) .....anyways guys as most of you know that I also run another somewhat larger business, that takes a lot of my time. The best way to get a hold of me is via email.....I respond to “everyone”, sometimes not right away but I do respond. I usually dedicate one day a week to just answering emails(and I do get them from every corner of the globe).
Regarding product, as a lot of you know that most of the product I import from Czech & Slovakia or have manufactured by our favorite local Czech-Canadian manufacturer Joe. I am one of many customers he has and sometimes my orders take time to make. (Hand Guards) The same goes for the Czech made stuff. If someone places a order, pays and some of the items from the order are not momentarily in stock the order sits until it is complete. This summer there were some more extreme exceptions because we moved and also our dedicated email server took a dump and there were almost 40 orders that were temporarily lost. Everyone has or will receive their order. Also if someone sent money for something that currently isn’t in stock and doesn’t want to wait email me and I will refund, but once the product does come in it might be gone before they decide to place another order. Anyways I started this to promote the VZ as a hobby not really to make money “ BUT” it did take a life of its own and I am 100% committed to continue.

palinak...
hopefully you take time one of these days and post some new pic's up of all the new stuff that you have made.
;)

Somebody in another thread was saying
he has seen palinak slipping on a spot of cholesterol and breaking his hand.

dude that was a mirror reflection of you ....weren't you supposed to come by last week? BTW how is that 2 year project of mine coming .....is 2010 going to be my lucky year? ;)

I've bought from Infratek/Palinak several times and all went well. Sometimes there was a wait but he always delivered. :)
Compared to Western business, Eastern European suppliers are not always punctual and it's not unusual for them to take alot longer to complete their part of transaction responsibilities. I'm sure Infratek's suppliers are no different.
