My recently acquired Inglis 4CH pistol showed up in the mail today, so I am looking for an excuse to show it off. I thought I would invite all the CGN Inglis pistol owners to join in and show off your pics. All are welcome, please post your pics.

Here are some of mine:

Your 1T is in spectacular condition!

Did you buy that lunchbox pistol recently? One was for sale recently on the EE, at a very reasonable price, and I tried to grab it but someone beat me to it, I am wondering if it was you :)

A lunchbox pistol and an early CH with Chinese characters are both on my wish list.

Here is my only high power, its a numbers matching inglis no1* made in 1945. The shoulder stock is marked S.A.L TD 1945
I have 10 JI marked magazines to go with it.

The stock looks darker in person, and ill check on the serial number once i am home. The gun came with 7 mags and 3 extras came my way, i hardly fire it. I wanted that lunch box high power that was for sale a few weeks ago forba shooter.

Wow, that 4T looks immaculate, thanks for sharing. Do you have a close-up of the decal - it looks almost fully intact? I can look the build date up for you tonight, in Inglis Diamond.

The Tangent sight model with a nice walnut stock is my favorite. A mildly updated re-release of a similar model would be nice.

You had me a little worried until i saw the pictures Ganderite!!!

@tom E gun my inglis is a 3ch25**
Is your no1* canadian broad arrow marked? Would the Chinese contract pistols be canadian marked? I am new to high powers so forgive me if thats a dumb question!

My 4CH has a C/l\ . From Inglis Diamond p96: "Virtually all Inglis pistols, including those destined for China, received the C-Broad Arrow on the frame as part of the inspection process." You know what they say: there are no dumb questions, just dumb answers. That is the great thing about CGN, we can learn about our hobby with other like minded gun nuts.

ps: your 3CH25** was made in Aug-Oct of 1945

Thanks alot for the info i appreciate it, mine is canadian marked that's why i was wondering! i plan on adding a german marked high power to the collection as well at some point

Sorry no pictures. I had to give up my really nice Inglis at the weapons table on the tarmac in Camp Mirage. I'd signed for it in the sausage machine on my way into AFG and picked out the best of the bad Bianchi holsters. That gun spent all of its time in AFG attached to me or within 2 feet of my bed when I in the showers.

It was a very good condition Browning that had been through rebuild or out of war stocks. No Lend Lease decal. Holster wear mostly unblemished Parkerizing. The mags were not JI, but were new buy European production.
