Inglis Pistol Question

I am at a total loss for these, but can someone give me a date of manufacture for an Inglis Hi Power 9mm with the serial number "OT7686", thanks very much!

When I first joined the CF I failed the test to be a pilot. On the form it said "Father's Name" and I knew the answer.
