I have a Chinese contract BHP on the way to me. I'd like to source a shoulder stock for the gun. I'd prefer original but would look at a decent quality repro. I was thinking of putting a WTB ad on the EE but I have no idea what fair market value for these is and what i should expect to pay. Can any of the Inglis collectors here help out with some advice

Thanks

There were a few cases of Chinese military issue stocks for the high powers sold when they sold off the guns.
These were new and had chinese writing on them which translated to" for browning highpower"

There was another CGN member (I don't remember who) that had 3 original ones for sale lately on the EE. I seem to remember the asking price was around $400 each. Maybe someone, with a better memory than me, can clarify/confirm that. See below:)

Sorry that I missed these. I've been watching the parts and accessories sub forum in the pistols and revolvers EE....never thought of looking in Militaria. :(

Here's a groaner for you all.
I grew up in Winnipeg, and a large number of the holster/butt stocks were made in Transcona, which in now part of greater Winnipeg, I believe.
Back in the sixties, a friend of mine latched onto a large box of butt stocks, and a smaller box of lids. These were unissued, but without any hardware.
He tried to track down the hardware, but found that it was all scrapped. I don't know whatever became of the wood bits.
