made an online order, realized I made a mistake and called in to correct it (ordered a buffer folder..wanted a fixed stock folder)...but it was already shipped!
so to correct it they sent me the correct item and both arrived at the same time, simply kept the one I wanted and shipped the other back with a included return slip...awesome service!
