Hell ya you can. Bullets flying apart in flight is quite comon but it does depend upon bullet construction. Full metal jackets or solids would likely be the toughest, but fragmenting rounds can easily not handle fast rotation.

I can remember little pepper flake holes in the target at 100 yards when running 40 grain soft points through a 223 with 1:7 twist. Not one hit the target in tact.

Totally different caliber but I had 115 grain bullets fly apart in my 1"8.5 twist 6X47 Lapua, and that's one of the heaviest you can get for 6mm, so nothing is impervious to this problem, its just a matter of degree.
