Install M14 Scope Mount

I'm looking for a good/clear instruction manual online (or video preferred) for installing the M14 deluxe scope mount (that screws into two places). I've got the stripper guide off and replaced with the part for the mount... Now it's just the matter of getting the mount on the correct way... Or if you can pm me some directions? I've found a few websites but I'm not quite sure on what they're referring to with some of the terms.
