Installing a Mercury recoil reducer

I have a M-700 in 300 RUM and I am wondering what it would cost to get a smith to install one of these babies in the gun.

If you supply the reducer I would think the labour would be around $25. It isn't a complicated procedure. I don't think they are very effective in rifles. Many years ago they were popular in trap guns and I installed quite a few and other inertia reducers. All in shotguns....
