I recieved my RRA port door kit and case deflector w/ spring.

I figured how to mount it in all, but whats that 5mm spring for that came with the case deflector?

The small spring fits into the depression in the bottom of the case deflector, presses against the bottom of the ejection port. It keeps the deflector tight against the receiver so it doesn't flop on the port door rod.

I figured that.... But when I installed it my port door bind against the case deflector and it would stop 1/4 so I was looking at a JAM. I figured the spring that gave me was a bit too weak, it doesn't spring open, more like flops...Is there a easyier way of installing the port door kit w/o removing the RAS ans barrel nut?

Yes, remove the C-clip from the rod and insert it from the other end. Just be careful not to lose the clip. My port door doesn't contact the case deflector at all. You could replace the port door spring and then sand off the portion of the case deflector that is coming in contact with the door.

edited to add: Not to insult your intelligence, but are you sure that you installed the port door spring correctly? Their is no way that it should "flop" open.

You need to turn one end of the port door spring once or twice to give it some tension to flick the door open.

I gave it a turn....It springs down fast and has tention, But when I install the spring for the case deflector thats when it binds....

No, I'm not. I'm not exactly sure what you're asking about. The clip is removable which makes it possible to insert the rod from either end. My receiver didn't have a barrel on it when I installed mine, so I took the easy way. I have seen weapons tech's remove the clip and install a new port door in a matter of seconds. They make it look incredibly simple but it would suck big time if you dropped the damn thing.

I looked at a C7 wile looking in the Vault and its true, there is a small C clip....MAN if I knew that before it would have saved me a alot of work. NOW I gotta take my gun apart and make sure the barrel is on proper. Becuase when I removed the barrel to install the case deflector the reciever WOULD not fit in my reciever block. So I just hand tighten it.

Ya, that's the problem with 9mm uppers: can't fit them in receiver blocks until the case deflector comes off.

That C-clip will fly off into oblivion if you aren't careful about the removal. ;)
