Installing the barrel is the first step and not particularly complicated. Remove the original, install the new one, make sure the gap between the barrel face and bolt is correct, and adjust headspace. Wouldn't even be an hour's work. The sights will have to be installed on the new barrel, and then it will have to be blued. This could take more time than breeching the barrel. You may find that the cost of the barrel, plus the 'smithing may exceed the value of a Swede with a not so hot original barrel, and when you are finished, the rifle should be a fine shooter, but may be worth less than a fine original rifle.
