Installing Colt USGI Front Side Sling Swivel

Picked up a Colt USGI Front Side Sling Swivel from Brownells, and was wondering what tool(s) are needed to install it? The pins are hollow. It will be going on the below, and the already attached front sling swivel will be removed. I am going the LE6921 look route. Thx.

Hammer and a punch.

Use a polymer punch and don't miss. I smashed up the front sight block on my first attempt.
