I'm not getting any luck in the other forums, so here it goes.
I'm looking to get my hands on Todd Benders Championship Doubles DVD.

You can order from Shotgun Sports magazine, they have it for $69.95. I've ordered stuff from them in the past and never had any problems. They're quick and easy to deal with.
