Instructions for PH5C sight....

Too funny... :D

As tiriaq said, check in the England - Milsurp Knowledge Library (click here) http://www.milsurps.com/forumdisplay.php?f=12 and you'll find the complete instruction set for Parker Hale Sights, Adjustment and Use (click here)http://www.milsurps.com/showthread.php?t=106

There's another interesting background entry in the England section as well, A.J. Parker & Parker Hale Sights (click here)http://www.milsurps.com/showthread.php?t=104

The PH sights have elevation scales calibrated in yards and minutes of angle. You can zero normally, and then adjust the scale plates to correspond. For target shooting, though, the minute scales are the useful ones. Repeatable adjustments are possible using the vernier scales. If you know the "come ups" for the ammunition you are using, set the sight, and you will be very close. Similarly, windage corrections can be applied exactly.

Thanks guys.....BUT...I want to print a copy and it prints out so small and also blurry that I can't use it. Apparently it is not a document but is an image so I can't fool with it. Now...I am not a computer whiz but if some charitable person knows how to get the print larger and clearer then contact me. I have already tried it on the best print quality I have available. Dave

Dave .. :)

The top part are representative pics....

Go to the bottom of the MKL entry (Collector's Comment #3) and get the PDF file titled

A.G. and A.J. Parker and Parker-Hale Service Rifle Target Sights
(Detailed set of articles, pictures and instructions on all of their sights, as illustrated in their catalogues over 60 years ~ 1920 to 1980.)
http://www.milsurps.com/showthread.php?t=106

It's a standard PDF file and will load, save on your computer and print clearly on any computer, even Macs... :D
