On youtube there is a shooter by the name of "Instructor Zero". There is a yellow shot timer in the majority of his videos. Does anybody know what make and model it is?

Which version did you look at?
It is expensive if you get the RF version with the big display output.... but that is normally used for matches. ($460-ish)
If you are training by yourself..... the NRF version is only $120

Right now I'm using a Pocket Pro II.

A friend and I are really trying to pick up our game right now and figured having a big display like that would be helpful. Out of my price range right now though... I'll have to throw it on the "wish" list!!!

In stock at Double-Tap Sports. $120.

I went with the far less bulky CED 7000. It's actually got more options for different training and for setting up different timing options for various stages. I also prefer the buttons on the CED over the pressure pads of the Speed Timer. As they age the pressure pads can require some pretty serious thumb pressure and hitting just the right spot requires a little more care. With the raised buttons on the CED I can work by feel when I'm RO'ing or using it as a self timer for practice.

Price of them is all pretty close to the same. So it comes down to which sort you prefer.
