Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone knows of a good instructor(s) for basic clay sports shooting in Southern Alberta? Unlike my golf game, I would like to start off on the right foot and not learn poor habits that I'll have to unlearn later.

Would also be nice if they could give some advice/guidance on gun fitting as well. The gun that I bought is very adjustable (LOP, comb height, and comb cast) but I'll need some help making sure it is set up properly for me.

Any suggestions would be great!

Cheers,
Brad

Thanks Henry :)

Covey, funny you mentioned NZClaybuster (Jason), that's who I emailed. He actually offered to meet me at the Calgary Firearms Centre a while back to give me a quick run down on things, but unfortunately I was unable to get out that day due to another commitment.

For the time being, I think I'll try to head out to CFC on Sunday just to check it out a bit (provided the weather and my back both smarten up by then).

Thanks for your help gents!

My back is good today for once, but we got blowing snow or I would have been out to the Calgary Firearms Centre this afternoon.:(

FYI, I got a call from Jason this evening (nice guy).

I now have the names and contact info for three instructors that I'm sure most people familiar with SC's in Alberta/Canada will recognize. Stu Carter, Doug Harvey, and Don Day.

Thanks all!
