interchangeable sleeve dies need info

I have found in my relaoding room a set of I think Herters sleeve dies in 303, 3006, 264 win mag, 8mm and 8mm06

Has anyone ever seen these before and if so would appreciate any history on how old and who made them.

I have a set here (that doesn't belong to me) of Bonanza Benchrest Dies for .257 Wby. It is the same/similar setup.
