Interest in 100 yard .22LR challenge?

Another thing that isn't talked about that effects accuracy. Is action screw torque.

After my drastic change in group size, I went to see what I set the torque at, it was like 27 in lbs. I vaguely remembered 18 ish was my sweet spot. So I went to put it back, and groups at even 3 degrees was improvement even at 50Y. I think this weekend might be my last weekend to really go out any play.

That is normal for those ammos. SK LRM isn't really any better (in fact it is one of the worst for temp sensitivity in my rifles) or SK Biathlon. The only ammos that perform well in my rifles below 5 degrees are the higher end Eley and Eley Biathlons.

Actually I found out my issue was stock torque. I tested 27#, when I normally have it around 18#. I had the gun out last week in 0/-1 degree and planted constant .3" ish groups at 50.

Last 2 smallbore F Class group shoots, fared well. With me in the top 3. Yestrday impressed me, was minus 9 with the windchill. The wind was bad, but I was only off 1/2" at most at 100. So Eley Sport suiting me well. Yes I know there is better ammo, we we make it fair by limiting the cost to entry level ammo, or around 10$ a box
