I was experiencing an issue with the action on my AR holding open after the 4th round on certain mags. I checked them thoroughly for bent lips etc. Nothing. Upon ripping them apart, I noticed the spring in the mag was "backwards" to the other mags which functioned properly.
I turned the springs around and guess what. They work fine now. Thought I'd pass this along in case any of you see something like this happen while at a shoot. These mags came from the factory like this.
