You read my mind! Just begging for some Krylon.

I'm in my mid twenties and my safe is full of nice walnut/blued "fudd guns." Whereas most my age are into the tacticool thing. I've owned ARs, M305s, a Rem 700 police ect. and I respect any firearm that fulfills its intended use effectively. None of those turn my crank like a nice piece of walnut, deep timeless blue and some classic lines.

It is always nice to hear of rifles & scope combinations that perform well. I have an mid '90s 700 VLS in .223 that shoots well. I will never sell this rifle & I suspect that you feel the same about your 700.

BTW that is a gorgeous looking 700.
