Introducing the ATI Benelli M4 Raven Stock and Forend Package

I don't get why they only sell this as a full kit. I might consider buying just the rails for the tube but the stock, heat shield, and forend are ugly. I can't find a good M4 flashlight mount.

They so sell it "part it out" so the stock or forend, mag rail etc.
 
IIRC correctly, the Americans can't get a Benelli M4 with a collapsible stock because of ITAR, but we can here in Canada. So that stock from ATI is for the ones who can't get a hold of a factory one plus add the number of parts made in the USA needed to be able for legal ownership.

they can only have 10 or less "imported parts" on any 'non-sporting' rifle or shotgun. The Benelli M4 is regarded to have 14 'imported parts' (they have a list that was meant for AK47's so not every part matches the list of 922r parts) and with this kit you have: Pistol grip, Buttstock, Handguard, magazine follower.

So that's why they are only selling it as a kit, so now they can have a telescoping stock and full 7-shot magazine tube on it.

You can also go another route, with full length US made mag tube, Geissele hammer, US made follower, and either a Mesa tactical stock (pistol grip and buttstock) or a surefire handguard.
