Hello everyone!
I have always been interested in firearms, but just had my first opportunity to fire a real (not pellet/BB) handgun last week. A friend of mine took me out the a local range where we shot his 9mm Beretta and his 45 Norinco handguns - what a blast!
I have since registered for the course to get my non-restricted license on March 7th, and my restricted license on March 14th.
I plan on becoming a member at a range just outside of Halifax, NS and purchasing my first pistol as soon as I get my PAL (likely mid-May when everything is said and done).
I look forward to chatting with you all and learning as much as I can about the ins and outs of the firearm world!
