As an update - heard back from EagleFirearms; they are looking at options for the Brixia Arquebus. I'll let folks know what they come back with...

I was actually messaging back and forth with Brixtia representative over the past few days. They're going to talk to Marstar about the possibilities. We also talked about the possibility of a wheellock soon.

Great work! I spoke to Marstar about ordering through them, and they couldn't do it. Hopefully connecting from the other end will go better.
A wheellock would be a very welcome addition for my reenactment weapons display lol

They have also confirmed that they have reached out to Marstar and Eagle regarding stocking the range

Just read on the muzzleloading forum that the price of the Snaphaunce is going to be $2999 USD.If that is true and not a typo then that is way out of my price range for that type of gun

Same TBH - I am hoping that includes an guesstimated mark up for Tariffs... I don't think it does though sadly. I think they are taking prices off muzzle-loaders.com ( https://muzzle-loaders.com/collections/brixia-firearms ) who don't actually have any instock yet.
I had been expecting higher-end Pedersoli pricing, so I guess $2500-2800 Canadian... Not something over $4k!

Have you thought about ordering a matchlock directly from Brixia as a personal importation?
You would likely want to order a few of them to lower the cost of shipping.

Having handled one last summer, if they had any available to sell I would have bought one.

The price of a Brixia is as much as a Rifle Shoppe gun if not more. I got the prices for the three models they’re offering and they aren’t worth it for a mass production gun.
I’ll stick to just building what I want.

It will probably be the same with the Pedersoli Baker rifle probably come in over 3grand which with taxes and shipping comes to a hefty amount for a production muzzleloader

As an update, I reached out to Brixia earlier this week - they didn't have any luck with Eagle or Marstar, but did confirm they were talking to a different Canadian firm about the possibility of acting as a stockist
