Can anyone shed some info, what new possible rules are coming to IPSC?
I have been hearing about production trigger pull change, minor only for Open, no more pepper poppers....

Anyone? please
 
Check with your section coordinator. The AB section coordinator made it available to AB members as of this morning.

The document is 57 pages; of which 16 pages refer to SG only; 8 pages refer to RF only; and the remaining 33 pages are for handgun or combined HG, RF, SG.

At first glance some of it is re-organization and clean-up of the rule book. Some of it is more interesting.
- pepper poppers are gone; classic poppers only
- NO sight picture or dry fire on Load and Make Ready (except for RF)
-ratio of 3 short, 2 medium, 1 long course of fire is now mandatory for a sanctioned event
-Multi-gun is really prohibited
-SG can not be preloaded with mixed loads (ie putting slugs in the correct sequence for a required slug shot).
-Production HG to have 2 kg DA trigger pull and 1 kg SA trigger pull

There is lots more, but that is most of what I noticed while glancing through the proposal over lunch.

EPIC FAIL!!!!!!!! 3-2-1, is ghey, no sight picture is really ghey. 3-gun is growing in leaps and bounds but not in IPSC. Where do these moronic ideas come from?
 
Whew..........I was about to cut the heads off of our last three Pepper Poppers..

Looks like I will need them to start running USPSA matches at EESA come next year.

I have plenty of steel to make new mini poppers.
