Don't really need either type, but both are very good and make gearing up easier as everything can stay in place.

I prefer the inner from CR and the outer from DAA. means I then have an inner from DAA and an outer from CR as backup.

Sizing, you guys measure your waist and then add 2"??

Just got one of there belts. Looks really well put together. Outer is not as stiff as DAA. Inner is better than DAA.

Why?

Quality build, good price. They got the Velcro right, grabby stuff on the outter, the belt is far more rigid than the safariland one.
