Can someone in the know please give me a rundown on the action pistol leagues or options around Victoria? I found the ISLBC website, but I've also heard of South Island Action Shooters but cannot find any info. I'm interested in participating kinda casually...do the course and attend practices and local matches, but not interested in travelling.

I shoot with them all the time Look on Victoria F & G website as Geoff B said. We also shoot ISL on the Island. Here's a link for you...

Okay so is SIAS part of ISL? Is there a SIAS website? Not a lot of info on vfgpa.

I contacted Dom last night as per another user's suggestion via PM but haven't heard back yet. I don't see any info anywhere on how to get started with these clubs.

I would like to find out about courses, and if they include holster certification for VFGPA, and meet up with others for practice sessions for starters.

SIAS is the ISLBC part of the VFGPA.

You can shoot SIAS club matches which are generally every month in Victoria from March to September. You can also shoot 6 ISL matches per year 2 in Victoria, 2 in Nanaimo and 2 in Campbell river. PM me if you want to set up a range day. July 24th is a club match.
