IPSC Major 45 ACP in 4.25" barrel

Looking for some help on a 45 load to make major. Using a Para with a 4.25 inch barrel. I have Frontier 200 gr. FP and 230 gr. RN bullets. Powders I have are WST, HP-38, Universal, and Unique. I'll have access to the chrono at my club tomorrow. I'd like to make up sound rounds early tomorrow. Anyone with real data please let me know.

As every gun is different in what it likes, you will have to chrono the load to see if it works. If these aren't helpful do a ixquick search on accurate reloading. Not many recipes for 4.25 inch barrel.
