When do we know the days we are scheduled to shoot? This is going to be my 4th competition and the best so far. The info isn't posted on IPSC Ontario yet

I need to plan for hotel reservations with my wife and kids

I'd recommend to address such questions directly to the match director, which contact information you can find on the match web site.

You will shoot for 2 days, probably Thursday and Friday possibly Saturday, registration is Wed PM at the match hotel so plan to be there from Wed PM to Sat PM at least, the shoot-offs and Banquet are Sunday so if you are staying for that you will be leaving Sunday late PM or Monday AM.

If you haven't booked a hotel by now you better start looking soon.
