I think there is actually an NSOC this coming weekend at EOSC, but it might be fully subscribed. Pretty much a match a month for IDPA at EOSC.

You could try contacting the IDPA coordinator for EOSC to see if any spots are left: IDPA AT eosc.ca

FYI - IPSC Canada has recognized PCC as a very important part of the Canadian IPSC future.
They've developed a Black Badge Course for PCC; its a legit discipline at most IPSC matches (so long as the actual range is allowed to use PCC)
IPSC Canada held a National PCC Championship last year in Halifax, NS and the one this year is in Kamloops BC.
...and - it's a lot of fun too.
