IPSC Ontario Black Badge Course question

I know that part of the course is an open book test. Where can I get this book or even better is there a link to a download ?

On IPSC Ontario web page there is a link to downloads but one of them doesn't work, namly IPSC Rules (Tournament)

I'm not even sure if that will be part of the test.

Any help would be much appreciated.

The test is based upon the latest edition of the Handgun Rule book that is found on the website.

You will also get a copy of the rule book as part of the material the instructor will give when u sign up for your course
