I seem to remember that prior to September, 1994 the IPSC Ontario constitution allowed only two consecutive terms for members of the board. It would seem this is no longer the case. Has the constitution been changed in this regard?? If so, who initiated the change and why?? How would one go about having the change reversed.

An inquiring mind would like to know.

Why?

The constitution was ratified in 1996. Well before my time so I nothing of value to add to the origional "question"

...but yes it should be up on the website for members access...so we will post a copy in the secured area

Cheers

right... of course... given the long line up of people who are just waiting with baited breath to dedicate dozens of hours of their personal life to helping/running ipsc ontario every week/etc, we should definitely be looking for ways to push out those who are currently running the show...

Show?

I guess that depends on which show the lifers are forcing you to watch.....

Just check the voting stats for the last election, maybe less than a 1/4 of the membership BOTHERED to vote.

If you want a change - you have a number of choices.

1. VOTE.

2. RUN FOR ELECTION.

If you didn't bother to vote, then you have NOTHING to say.
