Hello, does anyone know if it's possible to set up a course of fire in the cowboy bays to practice for IPSC matches at the Mission Rod and Gun range?

Its very hard to practice for IPSC when you are just standing still shooting at a static target.

PoCo IPSC team has mini stage practices once in awhile. Not 100% sure when the next one will be, probably once the weather gets better, but it has been up and down for the last 2 years.

Mission's Rod&Gun has a lot of fudd. You'll have more chance in Thompson Mountain Sportsmen Association.

Mission is not an IPSC club. Are you a member there?
PoCo Abby and TMSA are IPSC clubs locally.

Your best bet if you want to practice movement is to attend Rob’s IPSC Skills & Drillz at Abby F&G on Saturdays. You have to have your BB already or be vetted by Rob on a Friday night session first.

If you have your black badge, you can get a green sticker added to your member card. That will allow you to use the Cowboy action bays when not in use. Also rumor has it there is a IDPA sub-club starting up this year.

It was a great match, fine organizers and awesome venue. Our squad looks forward to participating again out there this year. Also can’t wait to see what DSSMATCH.COM Tac Rifle has in store for us at the Mission range as well.
