Hi There,

I am looking to build some moving targets and such for our local club.

specificaly looking for plans for the "texas star" type target stand,

and even more specificaly how do you mount the plate to the end of the arm?

Unless there has been a change I am unaware of, the Texas Star is not allowed in IPSC matches, officially. I know it is often used in level 1+2 but you're not likely to see one in a level 3 or higher match.

For just a regular club shootin' steel match, hell, blast away,.... can I come?
