Anyone else get a smooth bolt carrier with no seration for the forward assist to engage with?

Right! Or why even have a bolt hold open, the AK doesn’t and it’s more reliable! Useless or not why is it still on 90% of the AR’s still made today? Because some people want it. That’s good enough for me. Those that don’t have plenty of options too.

I havnt figured out why everyone needs these, the origional design from Stoner didnt include one.
Gotta be "Milspec".
