I’ve seen a few dealers offering intriguing 10.5” models for sale…the few reviews I’ve found online sound positive, and they look like they could be a viable modern-designed pump shotgun option. I’m a bit leery of brand new designs, though, and was wondering if anyone had any hands-on experience with one.

i am wondering as well. i have been looking for a mag fed pump. i am leaning toward an 870 because i am familiar with the 870 platform. in one video of the iron horse model they talked about a mag issue with an ear on the mag pulling off.any one have one and how does it seam to you.

If you find an 870Dm make sure it has at least 2 mags because they are hard to find and expensive. I have a magpul 870 DM with 18 inch and 14 barrels with removable chokes. Love the damn thing.
 
Same here a 10 inch box fed pump is always on my want list.ive had a few box fed pumps in the past, SAP6 which was crap, Valtro and Brixia PM5 which both were excellent.

Would love to here anyone's personal experience with this Iron horse shotty or a 590m ( wish the mossy had a 14 inch barrel thou)
 
I have been quite curious about this gun as well. Master G I echo your sentiments about new designs, especially mag fed shotguns. It's doesn't seem like there are many out in the wild as of yet.
 
I have one, LOVE IT.
It is the softest recoiling 12g slug gun I have ever fired and being a 10.5" barrel it's surprisingly accurate.
It is quickly becoming one of my fav 12g's in my stable now.

I HIGHLY suggest anyone on the fence about then, to go play with one a d see how good the action is on it. Incredible!!!

Everyone who've I let play with mine either wants one or went out and bought one
