Can anyone tell/inform me as to why sights are very hard to find, if not impossible to find here in Canada? The ones I'm referring to are peep sights for Savage 1899/99's.
There lots (used) on flee-bay in the US that are very reasonably priced, but they won't/can't ship to Canada.
To me, anything that's part of the "action" of the rifle, bolt, reciever, barrel, trigger, or any parts that interact with them I can see as being "restricted", but why sights, or even stocks?
I'm just looking for info so I can wrap my head around it.
