Iron Sights for flat top picatinny

Anyone know where there are some high value (low price/good quality) iron/flip up sights available for a flat top picatinny rail?

I'm building up a Ruger SR22 and looking for some flip up sights to start but I'm not familiar with how to make sure they will fit and align correctly.

I was looking at these sights but it looks like the front one is meant to run off a gas block, does that mean it won't align correctly if it's mounted to a flat top rail?

im sure the NCStar sights would work fine off the flat-top.
not sure what kind of budget u had in mind for this .22
but u can get a set of magpuls for <$100 which would be good quality / moderate price
or you can really cheap out and probably get away with replica troy sights for <$35 which would be unknown quality for cheap. (which worked well for me when i had my 10/22.)

thanks man, I already bought sights a few weeks ago - troy replicas - they are super solid, like rock solid construction!
