Cost of .45 Brass

What's the going price of .45 used brass?
And which brass is better: nickel or brass?

I got 2000 Win. small primer brass from BDX for $70 per thousand. Shipping was cheap. A good company to deal with. You don't need a large primer in .45ACP.
