Was looking to make a purchase on their site but im getting scammer site vibes. Are they a legit business?

Is Google broken? I did a quick Google search and saw reviews that said it's a scam.

I went to the website and laughed when I saw shipping policy which should be a red flag.

I did a duckduckgo search and it didnt say either way. Also did a forum topic search on this site but got nothing. Thats why i asked.
