Is any one out there shooting 300 AAC Black out? If so, how is working out?

I'm looking at buying an AR in 300 AAC BLK.

I'm just wondering what kind of experience others have had with 300 AAC BLK

I have a Northshore barrel's custom on a Remington 700 action. I have been getting good results with both 110 and 220 rounds.

It is a heavy sucker and I would not be taking it hunting. Plus I am just not sure how lethal it would be at longer (100 yard plus) ranges.

It is fun to take to the range and watch the fudds when I unpack it. Then when you shoot sub sonics they really get their knickers in a bunch.

Is it worth the 1400.00 I have into it? Probably not. But I do enjoy it.
