Is anyone still converting M1 Carbines to NR?

Just wanted to ask, is anyone (Manteo, perhaps?) or any businesses still converting M1 Carbines to NR by barrel change?

if its a GI please don't do it we lose to many original rifles to bubba

Last two I had done was indeed Manteo97 ... I think he still does them once in a while. GREAT job btw... chamber reamed, headspaced, then a perfect re-park. The fit & finish is just superb.

I'd say if anyone wanted to take it off my hands and not see it be rebarreled, I am open to cash offers, but a board member contacted me about a trade.

Manteo is no longer doing the work, sadly...but I found what i need.

If there was a commercial version that works worth a poop I would do that instead.

I wouldn't really consider it bubba if it just a rebarrel and only 1/2" saves the rifle going to the smelter because they wouldn't know about it after,
