Can anyone please confirm if the BCL SLR Coyote 5.56 will accept and work with the CMMG AR-15 .22LR Conversion Kit?

Many Thanks

I don't see why not, the Coyote takes standard AR Bolt Carrier Groups and Mags. That being said, the Coyote isn't being shipped until end of the month (or slip to April???). So I'll wait till more CGN'ers get their hands on one first.

BCL hasn't even posted any real pictures of the rifle yet. Only a CAD drawing so far.

One of the dealers actually deleted my posts and kicked me out of the thread just for asking for pictures. (How dare I?)

I would take that as a definite sign that these are a LONG way from shipping.

I posted a reply in that thread with a link to actual photos of the actual rifle. While there's no photos of hundreds of them lined up and waiting to ship the photos do show a real life rifle and not simply a CAD drawing.

The photos have been out for a few days now. Either you don't have the internet (which you do or you wouldn't be on CGN) or you intentionally choose not to see them. I place my bet on the latter.

You don't find it a little strange that dealers are selling a rifle without pictures of said rifle?

Not strange at all. Dealers simply copy and paste what has been provided to them by the distributor. Often they post pictures of the US model even though there may be differences between it and what we are actually getting for a Canadian version. Yes it may be sloppy but when it boils down to it retailers aren't in the photography business.

That being said I will agree with you that they probably won't be ready as soon as they say they will. Not because they didn't spoon feed everyone photos. But because firearms manufacturers have a long history of over promising ETA and under delivering. Hopefully this time we're proven wrong.

Modern Sporter used standard bcg also. But cmmg kit requires to be modified to run in that. So until someone gets one and tries you really won’t know.
