Is Canadian issue 42/43 9mm corrosive?

Just came across some Canadian milsurp 9mm FMJ, I believe headstamps are 42-43 mix and DC (Dominion?). Is this corrosive? 64 rd boxes so I presume for Sten.

Any info appreciated.

If you have 9mm head stamped:

"42 9 MM"

It was manufactured by CAL starting in the early 50's for the CIA..

I think, though I wouldn't swear to it in court, that it is. Either way clean as if it was and you're fine.

The 9mm Cdn WW2 ammo was made by Defence Industries Ltd, hs DI date 9MM, a crown corporation managed by CIL. DI used the CIL noncorrosive primer in their products.
