Is crimping dangerous when your recipe is on the Hotter side and more..

I'm on a Friend Recipe for my 30-06 ... That is about 62-64 gr of Vithavuori N560 I'm pushing Barnes Tsx 168 gr.. With success at 63 gr... under 1 inch groups.. But I wanna know If I'm want to try crimping with lee factory crimp die... Is it more dangerous I mean by the pressure or it is the same time..

I factory crimp some calibers also. But as you may already know, anytime that you change even one single thing, crimping included, you should start with a lower charge and work your way back up while checking for over-pressure signs as you work up. Crimping will cause a slightly higher pressure than an identical load without a crimp. The slight muzzle velocity increase that I've chronographed attest to that.
 
Crimping will not significantly change the peak pressure, as noted in the Quickload documentation. In fact they caution about not putting enough crimp on the bullets.

If a bullet is not crimped then the bullet can be can be released from the case before the power fully begins to burn, which can cause blowby of powder before the bullet engages the rifling.

I don't know about the rest of you folks but, a reloaded round with good, consistent case neck tension, trumps any attempt to crimp the round. This has been borne out by the benchrest shooters, both j-word and cast, none of which crimp their ammo. Exceptions would be rounds that recoil heavily, and/or have tubular magazines, such as heavy loaded 45/70s, and some have good results crimping BP cartridges.

Several things bump pressure in a given load. increasing OAL, projectile type,primer change,going to crimp, etc etc. Going to a crimp ,ecspecially the bite of a lee factory would cause me to come down a bit if I were sitting on the fence to begin with
