Is H380 Temperature sensative?

I use this powder for a few rifles, 243, 300 wsm, and 22-250.

It is a bit more sensitive that extruded powder, but Hodgdon has done alot with there extreem line to limit pressure fluctuation in summer to winter.

You can not stop it 100% but its not as bad as it once was maybe 2-3% vs 10% as it used to be.

H380 will show a bit of fluctuation with temperatures, but I have used a specific load of this powder for 25 years in several different 220 Swifts and the 55 grain Hornady. Difference was not enough to cause issues in hitting anything, even way out there at -25ºC. Regards, Eagleye

Can't say I've noticed any issues, hitting with it in the rifle with 44 mag. But I do most of my load development work in the fall, or spring. It averages it out a bit, and avoids both the bugs, the cold, and the extreme heat. For my own comfort.
