FN seems to be particularily negative about using reloaded ammo in their guns. There have been a couple of stories of warranty being rejected because the customer admitted to using reloads. Granted.. They were posted here and may not be %100 true.
What really turned me off was the lack of information and people reloading for them. I like to share and double check my loads with other people, and I just couldn't find anyone else reloading for it. For me, that was a deal killer as reloading is the only way I could afford to shoot it.
It was a catch 22 for me.. I wanted a gun that was unique, but it was the uniqueness that sunk it for me.
I will probably end up buying something chambered in .22 Magnum instead. Like I said earlier, balistically its almost the same. Only drawback is the rimmed cartridge. The 5 Seven is a center fire and more reliable.
