Is it possible to convert a Rem 870 to Box fed??

As the title says I am trying to find out if a box mag is possible on the Rem 870. Any info is appreciated!

No they never got around to it for the 870. There was one for the Mossberg, the Sidewinder kit. Knoxx had a waiting list for the 870 but than all sidewinder production got shut down. I'm not really sure why.

US Army had a Rem 870 w/box mag made at the test labs at Dahlgren. It wasn't successful nor practical.
