My wife has been trying to catch Melissa in voicemail hell for the past ten days or so, with no return phonecall yet.

I remember Melissa as being REALLY helpful last year when I renewed my ATT.

Cheers,

Neal

Melissa

she must be on vacation or something............about 6 weeks ago I dealt with her last time ...........she has always be more than just helpfull

X4...a very professional person with a customer service side one would not expect from a Gov. employee. I hope she is back to help your lady out!

She was when I saw her at the office last week. Things are ridiculously busy out there right now. She told me that B.C. and Yukon ATT's are currently taking about 4-6 weeks to process.

What a joke! it should take about 15 mins to process

Thanks for the info guys.

Just wanted to make sure we were trying to talk to the right bureaucrat - Especially as she is so nice!

awww man I just sent my ATT in on friday, you mean to tell me i will be waiting over a month the recieve it?

Of course if you sent in a letter praising her customer service attitude, she would likely get disciplined for treating us as human.

I just talked to her about two weeks ago and she was great to deal with. She sald that they have been really backed up with the ATTs. Mine took just about 6 weeks to get to me. When I talked to her at the 5 week mark she said that she would have it out to me the same day and she did.

I just talked to her about 2 hours ago :p

EDIT:
Checked the mail on my way home and my ATT was there.

I will be going to the range this weekend :D
