Hi all
have you guys had any luck trying to deprime pmc ammo. i tryed passing through my 308 dies and it will not go all the way in. I have some r.p cases and they rdprime no problem i was told at a gun store that the pmc is reloadable

Shouldn't be a problem to reload. Not sure whats going on if its not working for you...

Maybe a smaller flash hole than the R-P? Take the stem out, remove the expander and see if the pin fits in the flash hole. If you look inside and see 2 small holes then your SOL but PMC should only have the one hole. Maybe the primers are just crimped in and need a bit more push.

Back your depriming stem out a turn or two and try again.

Keep in mind its most likely Milspec. All that really means to you is crimped primers and possibly thicker case walls if true mil spec. PMC is xlnt brass for reloading.

It's for sure thicker brass, Just put a PMC on the scale it weighed 185 grains and a winchester was 165 grain both cases were still primed.
Expect case capacity to be reduced with the PMC, I found my Rockchucker press had no trouble sizing this brass but did notice it did take more effort.
