Is PPC Still Alive??

I joined PPC two years ago buy paying the obligatory $35 and got a lovely card in the mail, as well as a book explaining the rules and information on how to sign up into the CPCA Webpage. I made 2-3 attempts to sign up accordingly and was never given access to the cpca forum...

Since IPSC has become completely retarded lately, I would like to take a PPC Course and start trying to rebuild the sport, but am leery because of my past experience. Does anyone know of upcoming qualification courses? Or if its CPCA that is dead?? Or are there other leagues still running?

There are many clubs here in southern Ontario that have PPC leagues.
It is alive & well and you don't hear much about it probably because
there is no politics in it.

Perhaps contact the CSSA & they can help you.

Great group in Saskatoon. Some just shoot for fun and some travel and shoot competions. One or two matches a month held locally.

Qualification couse? Um, no such thing that I ever took. Saskatoon, Regina, Red Deer and Lethbridge all host matches. Saskatoon runs monthly matches all winter as well indoors at the SWF range. Good times had by all.

Ppc is still alive but we need more young people.
I'm the youngest by at least 15 yrs when I shoot and I'm 29
take the referee test andcontact the president in the cpca book you got.
I hate to say it but the website is a joke only good for match results
it would be better to have a ppc forum in this site
for everyone to get on it took me almost a year to get access to the cpca website and nobody really uses it

we need more shooters all across Canada and more events

A year to get access? that's just crazy!

Mind you I had to get my own targets...and surplus RCMP targets from CanAm to practice at that :( , so I guess a year is better than nothing.

I see there's a few matches in Thunder Bay...maybe if I contact the person running their league they can line me up for the next referee test? can someone PM me their contact info?
