really not remington brass is soft primer pockets loosen up fast !!!
Lapua & lake city are bye far the best for reloading

As long as you do not abuse the RP brass it should provide you with good service. Is it the best, no. Is it servicable, yes.

I have 2-3k RP brass in circulation for my AR's and it's okay brass. I managed to pickup it all after the police did carbine qualification so it was all in neat little piles as they did mostly prone shooting and their rifles had very consistent ejection. It's not any special MIL/LE brass and appears to just be regular commercial brass (uncrimped, generous chamfers on primer pockets so easy seating). I have some from the Freedom Buckets and the headstamp and appearance is identical.
I've got 2-3 reloads on most of it and it isn't showing any signs of wearing out. Primers still seat firm. I use moderate loads for my plinking/blasting ammo as the 2-gun and 3-gun stuff I do isn't past 50yds; usually closer to 25yds. I think I'm just shy of the middle of the published load range with my loads though even starting loads have no issues cycling my rifles. During practices I use a brass-catcher so I'm very confident I'm reloading the same brass.

Not my favorite but agree it's serviceable..
I don't think they will ship it free to your door...they have fairly ridiculous ammo shipping rates they will quote you after you buy online.

I was given three five gallon buckets of .223/5.56 brass fired by our local police. I ended up with one bucket of Remington .223 brass that may have been cheaper grade blasting ammo for the police.
The biggest problem with this cheaper Remington ammo was it had neck thickness variations of over .009 on many cases. And I used the neck thickness gauge below to sort the brass by neck thickness uniformity.
The military Lake City 5.56 cases had the most uniform neck thickness and are made of harder brass.

I was wondering about that and ordered only 1 for that reason but the emailed receipt still says free shipping when I got it yesterday. No mention of additional shipping charges:

No, they always ship ammo for free. They ship through UPS. Sometimes they have free shipping with no mimimum order, so I once ordered a 3$ box of 22lr. Shipped free. Another time it was multiple bricks of 22lr, also shipped for free.
They overcharge for powders. It's a ridiculous overcharge. It's even more ridiculous if you consider that primers and ammos ship for free.
Turns out to 430$/1000.
Just an FYI, Brian (black sheep brass) sells 1Fired processed for 125$/1000. It's not new, but it's ready to load, and you can choose your headstamp. Personnally, when I'll be ready to reload 223, my case prep technique will consist in buying black sheep's brass and selling my 1Fired brass (either on the EE or arrange something with Brian if he wants to).

Not a bad way to go but don't forget shipping and tax. For me that would add about $40/1000 and bring the real cost of that brass to $165/1000. Add powder, bullets, and primers and look at loaded price in the range of $300-$400/1000 depending on the bullets you select. Not much different than the Freedom Bucket price.
The cost for the Freedom Bucket ammo is about $430/1000 but remember you end up with free brass afterwards. To calculate the actual effective cost of the Rem ammo, subtract the value of the 1f brass. ($135 - $30)/300 = $0.35/round, or $350/1000. That's a good price for factory loaded ammo, AND I like having 1f brass that came from my own rifle.
